Relational Diplomacy Workshop Series
A live, weekly workshop series focused on understanding relationship dynamics and navigating conflict more effectively. This series is for people already in relationships, and/or for anyone wanting to develop skills for navigating work relationships, friendships, and family members.
Each 90 minute workshop may be attended out of sequence, though the series is designed to deepen and build over time. Participants are welcome to join at any point and continue through future topics in whatever order feels most accessible or helpful.
Sessions explore different aspects of relationships, offering practical frameworks and space to examine what actually happens between people.
A significant portion of the time is dedicated to Q&A and discussion, allowing participants to apply the material directly to their own experiences and receive thoughtful, real-time feedback.
The series is ideal for those new to therapy, new to relationships, or anyone seeking to deepen relational understanding and develop more effective interpersonal skills.
Open to adults 18 & older.
