Relationships may become strained when partners focus primarily on protecting themselves, keeping score, or trying to get their own needs met first. While these strategies may feel necessary during times of conflict or insecurity, they often create distance, resentment, and a relationship in which both people feel unsupported.
This workshop explores how generosity is not about self-sacrifice or ignoring your own needs, but about intentionally contributing to your partner's well-being and the health of the relationship. You'll learn how to replace the losing strategies of scorekeeping, scarcity, and self-protection with generosity, encouragement, and behaviors that empower your partner to thrive. When both people are committed to helping one another become their best selves, trust deepens, conflicts become easier to navigate, and the relationship becomes a source of strength for both partners.
